When you choose a Bevan Group vehicle, our sales staff work in tandem with your team to build a robust, high quality vehicle that meets your individual requirements.

We manufacture over 50 commercial vehicle bodies per week for a huge range of clients – from small owner operated businesses to large blue chip high street companies.

Having been in the business since 1976, Bevan can offer small or large fleet’s premium quality, high volume dry freight bodywork. Our three production facilities provide a combined capacity of 100,000 square feet, offering excellent access and secure storage facilities. We are committed to setting and maintaining high quality standards and as part of our ISO 9002 accreditation programme, all vehicles are rigorously checked and tested throughout our unique and cost effective 8 hour production process.  All clients are welcome to come and visit our production facilities and see vehicles under construction.

Box Bodies

Bevan Group offers the ultimate in Box Van construction. Each vehicle is tailor made to suit the customer's individual requirements. Our technical engineers will explore every option to ensure the body is built to give the maximum efficiency in operation.Whilst GRP is used in the main for its robustness and longevity, aluminium construction can still be offered where payloads are critical.

Curtainsiders

Built using the latest in CAD technology, all curtainsides are individually designed and manufactured to suit our customers requirements. With options for curtain construction including anti slash mesh, wear bands and load restraint systems and additional features such as our pre-stressed self supporting roof, Bevan can give you the ultimate in load space versatility. Customers who operate in payload sensitive areas can also choose our lightweight aluminium curtainsider. Built for vehicles up to 10 tonne the aluminium option can reduce body weights by up to 500kgs.

Dropsides

From 3.5 tonne to 26 tonne, our drop sides are designed for optimum strength and payload.

With numerous dropside construction options including aluminium, galvanised steel mesh and load restraint systems manufactured in conjunction with customer operating requirements, Bevan can build robust dropside bodies to meet every need.
