Bevan Group outdoes itself every year and 2019 has not been an exception!

We’re only in the second month into the new year, and we are pleased to be celebrating another year of being positioned in the Black Country’s Top 50 Growth Barometer.

This report is dedicated to showcasing the Black Country’s businesses and the success of the region. Amongst the companies within the Black Country fast-growing midsized businesses, we rank at number 36 which has increased 7 places from last year, and with an average turnover growth of 15%.

This has been the result of increasing growth and success across a very busy year of multiple accomplishments across the whole organisation.

Aftercare Response has acquired a new General Manager, Andy Harrison, whose responsibility is to ensure all the Aftercare engineers are kept highly trained and motivated. Aftercare Response plans to introduce its first trainee programme, and to establish a ‘skills matrix’ that will offer its engineers increased scope for career progression.

Gary Lay has taken over A&R Vehicle Services, taking the business to new heights. Having spent the previous six years on the board of DX (Group) plc, Gary brings an extensive range of experience and expertise to assist our award-winning bodybuilding organisation to the next level.

We have appointed a new Head of Graphics, Colette Smith, who has rebranded our graphics department to ‘Graphics Depot’. Completely turning around the graphics division into a busy and thriving vehicle livery production team with the addition of exhibition stands, wall coverings, interior wraps and window graphics.

As well as teaming up with Highway Care to offer industry leading back up, customers for Highway Care’s light arrow and crash cushion packages are being offered extended, three-year warranty cover, and comprehensive service support which includes round-the-clock breakdown assistance.

It is the first time that a manufacturer of road safety equipment of this kind has been prepared to back its products for such a lengthy period – the industry standard is a 12-month warranty.

The future looks bright for the Bevan Group with its continuous expansion and accomplishments, with more to celebrate in the coming years!
